State of Florida v. Vidal Flores – Client charged in “Jimmy Ryce” civil commitment proceeding with being a Sexually Violent Predator in need of treatment prior to release. Christian Dunham was able to convince the State to dismiss the charges and release Mr. Flores from State custody.

State of Florida v. Gary Calhoun – Defendant was acquitted of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Christian Dunham convinced the jury that there was a reasonable doubt about the police officer’s testimony by presenting two witnesses who together had a total of 20 prior felony convictions between them.

State of Florida v. Roy Henry – Jury entered a Not Guilty verdict on Cocaine Trafficking charges. Christian Dunham successfully argued that the police officers were lying and had never actually witnessed the Defendant with drugs.

State of Florida v. Lionel Wilson – Christian Dunham successfully motioned the Court to dismiss Armed Robbery charges after the victim identified someone other than the Defendant in court.

State of Florida v. Ozzie Mathis – Defendant found Not Guilty of Aggravated Battery. Christian Dunham successfully argued that client acted in self-defense when he stabbed the weaponless victim.

State of Florida v. Gregory Robinson – Defendant acquitted of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell charges after Christian Dunham successfully argued that the police officers were lying and the client was not a drug dealer.
